Cassis
Blackcurrant evokes inevitably a colored fishing port, creeks, and Frédéric mistral. His famous "Qui a vu Paris, s'il n'a vu Cassis, n'a rien vu"- Qu'a vist Paris, se noun a vist Cassis, a ren vist" - borrow nothing from the Provençal exaggeration…
A geographical site: a « City-creek ». The quality and the global nature of the landscape are exceptional: blackcurrant is built in amphitheater(lecture hall) by the sea between the Cap Canaille and Creeks. « A mineral jewel in a green case put on the blue water of the Mediterranean Sea ». The ochre color of the impressive cliffs of the Course Cap Canaille, the highest of France (363 m on the Course Cap Canaille, 399 m in the Big Head) opposes in whiteness of the Massif of Creeks. These two classified natural sites matter among the most beautiful of the Mediterranean coast.
