Platja d’es Trenc
Platja of be Trenc is to 6,5 kilometers of Colònia of Sant Jordi. Its place-name (which means "broken") calls back the opening of the salobral which breaks the dune barrier of the coast. Be Trenc has some white and fine sand, a very soft slope, a zone for nudists, a dune system which separates the beach of the salobral and the fields of cultures and the later wet zone. Its waters opened to the South western and northwest southwest are transparent. The bottom is of sand, seaweeds with a small stony zone, with a four meter depth.
The most convenient place at anchor is the former landing stage near Isle Gavina (the biggest island of the municipality of Holidays which keeps a prehistoric cellar which used the smugglers and which we can join on foot since the point of its Barraca of its Cenra), while by West wind, Platja of is Coto is the best choice.
